This collection was held on Saturday 18th February 2017 at the luxurious Claridge\'s hotel, in London. The catwalk showed a range of outerwear including parka, mackintosh, bomber, quilted, biker and sheepskin jackets as well as duffle, pea and suede coats. Jasper Conran, says ... \"What I have been working with is what I would call familiar, the things that (are) menswear classic. I\'ve been working with that and re-proportioning and rethinking and reworking and re-fabricating those, so it\'s the familiar but it\'s unfamiliar.\" Conran used a color palette of chocolate, berry, navy, greens, cream, black and white with dabs of scarlet, orange, pink and royal blue bursting through the collection. \"It\'s ... exciting juxtapositions of color. Having trained at Parson’s School of Design in New York, Jasper Conran produced his first womenswear collection in 1978 and was a founding member of the London Designer Collections – subsequently renamed London Fashion Week – where he continues to show today. Jasper Conran has diversified from womenswear into menswear, fragrance, accessories, eyewear, luggage, collections for the home, interiors and the performing arts. In 2008 Jasper Conran received an OBE for his Services to Retail. Throughout his career, Jasper Conran has pursued his passion for the performing arts.
